My range of skills allows me the flexibility to develop an individualized approach that will be most healing for your body. I recognize the importance of working with the whole self: mind, body and spirit. I believe that as your body heals, you may feel shifting and changing discomforts. I understand that these changes occur as your body heals, addressing new and deeper layers of the presenting problem until the root cause is uncovered and treated. My ability to listen to you and to your body combined with my intuitive insight when treating your body results in a very nurturing yet thorough therapeutic experience. I acknowledge the value of honouring your experience of your body. I will begin each treatment by checking in briefly to see what has worked for you in the past, what hasn’t worked, as well as any changes you have noticed in your body. My therapeutic goal is to provide you with the healing and relaxation you need and deserve.
